We often think about fear as weakness, as something that needs to be overcome. Entrepreneurs think of fear as a state of mind, that needs to be eliminated, and even the word fear should be removed from our vocabulary. May be we should just learn to take fear as something different and look at it from another angle. Productive paranoia is interesting approach that makes us to look at optimism and pessimism in business in a different way. Planning for the worst case scenario seems very negative, but actually it is as close to being realistic as if we plan for the best case scenario, right? Practicing productive paranoia doesn’t mean that you are playing it safe.
