Every entrepreneur must understand the importance of leadership and that being a great leader is a life mission, which carries a lot of responsibilities. Being a leader goes far beyond the understanding of being an authority. In her powerful TED Talk, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg talks about one very important topic in the business world and gives answer to the question: Why do we have so few women leaders?
