Erhan Erkut (MEF University)

Erhan Erkut graduated from Bogazici (The Bosphorus) University, Engineering Faculty, Deparment of Industrial Engineering in 1980. He finished his PhD in University of Florida. He gave lectures in University of Alberta between 1985-2005. He has been in Geneva, Ohio State, NIDA (Bangkok), Bogazici and Sabanci Universities as guest lecturer.

He has received many awards, mainly “INFORMS Teaching of Management Science Practice Award” and “3M Teaching Fellowship”. He led many international projects and he established Centre for Excellence in Operations at University of Alberta. He worked as the founding rector of Ozyegin University between 2008-2013.
